With more than four decades in Cape Cod real estate, Tim Waldron is one of the region's most accomplished and respected professionals. Licensed since 1983 — the year his partners Rebecca and Shannon were born — Tim has watched Cape Cod's real estate landscape evolve from the ground up, and has shaped it at every stage.

In 1990, Tim co-founded Realty Executives Cape Cod and grew it into the number one office in its market, earning national recognition for sales performance, innovation, and growth. He later led franchise development across New England, supporting the expansion of dozens of offices and hundreds of agents. His expertise spans the full spectrum of the industry: residential sales, commercial development, resort real estate at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, distressed asset management, and brokerage leadership — with an institutional client roster that has included Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citigroup, and major regional lending institutions.

A graduate of Boston University and a founding member of Cape Island Estates, Tim brings extraordinary breadth, sharp negotiation skills, and an encyclopedic knowledge of Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts to every engagement.
